Our knits are custom made in Slovenia. Production of your order takes up to 10 working days.

Shipping rates (Netherlands, Belgium and EU countries):

Standard delivery (5-7 working days) for €9.95

Express delivery scarves (1-2 working days) for €27.95
Express delivery blankets (1-2 working days) for €34.95

We ship your order by international mail from our factory office in Slovenia. You will receive a tracking number to follow your order in the shipping confirmation email.
Urgent shipments are shipped with DHL Express.

International deliveries

At this time we only ship to the Netherlands, Belgium and EU countries. If you would like your product shipped internationally, please send us a request via email at info@relooped.nl

Returns

Every Relooped by You product is custom made with your artwork. We cannot resell such personalized items. Therefore, we do not accept returns.

Did you receive a defective product?

In this case you can return your order, and the return costs will be fully refunded. Send us an email within 30 days after receiving your order at info@relooped.nl
